Job Title Customer Service Representative (Non-Licensed)
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This role does not require any professional licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with billing, general policy info, and general questions.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality standards (Dependability Engaging Passion to Learn Trust Simplicity)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work and availability for up to 20 hours per week
Compensation $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
